The Company has completed various construction and mixed development projects, delivering over 23,500 development units. The Company’s projects include Desa Camelia 2, Desa Seri Vista, Seroja Hills, Apartment Bestari and Taman Belia Antarabangsa. The Company is engaged in oil palm cultivation through two subsidiaries, namely, OIB Properties (K) Sdn Bhd and OIB Properties (SW) Sdn Bhd, on approximately 826.26 acres of agriculture land.
