Oriental Interest Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the provision of management services. The Company operates through four segments: Property development, Construction, Investment holding and Oil palm cultivation. The Company’s Other operations include hotel operation. The Company is also involved in commercial and residential property development, general construction and oil palm cultivation. The Company has completed various construction and mixed development projects, delivering over 23,500 development units. The Company’s projects include Desa Camelia 2, Desa Seri Vista, Seroja Hills, Apartment Bestari and Taman Belia Antarabangsa. The Company is engaged in oil palm cultivation through two subsidiaries, namely, OIB Properties (K) Sdn Bhd and OIB Properties (SW) Sdn Bhd, on approximately 826.26 acres of agriculture land.
