Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is investing directly and indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income producing real estate used for retail purposes (including mixed-use developments with a retail component) in Malaysia and other countries within the Asia-Pacific region, as well as real estate related assets. The Company operates through two segments: Retail and Office. Its office properties include Pavilion Mall, Pavilion Tower, Intermark Mall and Da Men Mall. The Pavilion Tower is a 20-story office building with an area of over 165,000 square feet situated in the district of Kuala Lumpur, housing various international and local corporations. The Intermark Mall is a six-story podium with an area of approximately 225,000 square feet located at the intersection of Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Ampang. The Da Men Mall is a five-story retail mall with an area of over 420,920 square feet located in the vicinity of Subang.
