Its property development activities include the Marin and Bayu Ferringhi, Penang, and Lot 88, Perdana Heights, Sungai Petani in northern region. In central region, the Company’s property development activities include Taman Putra Prima, Selangor. In southern region, the Company’s property development activities include Taman Desa Tebrau, Johor; Taman Putra Prima, Selangor; Bayu Ferringhi, Penang; Bandar Perdana and Lot 88, Kedah. Its property management activities include Changkat View condominium, Ampangpuri condominium, One Tebrau City and Lot 88. Its hospitality business includes Nomad Serviced Residences Bangsar, Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre, the Gurney Resort Hotel and Residences, and others.
