The Company operates through two segments: Construction and Plantation. The Company’s Construction segment is engaged in civil engineering and construction work of earthwork and building. The Company’s Plantation segment is engaged in the management and operation of forest plantation, logging, saw milling, chipping and other downstream manufacturing and related activities, and operation of oil palm plantation. The Company’s subsidiaries include Aramijaya Sdn. Bhd. (Aramijaya), which is engaged in the management and operation of a forest plantation, logging, saw milling, chipping, other downstream manufacturing and related activities, and oil palm plantation and undertaking of construction works, and Ikhlasi Bina Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in civil engineering and construction works.
