Its Courier segment includes courier solutions by sea, air and land to both national and international destinations. Its retail segment includes over-the-counter services for payment of bills and financial products and services, and Ar-Rahnu (Islamic pawn broking) business. Its other operations include hybrid mail, which provides data and document processing services; logistics solutions by sea, air and land; business of Internet security products, solutions and services, and rental income from investment properties.
