PUC Berhad, formerly PUC Founder (MSC) Berhad, is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company operates four business segments: Advertising and media, Financial services, Renewable energy and Technology. The Advertising and media segment is involved in advertising and media brokerage, as well as consultancy. The Financial services segment is engaged in the provision of financial planning and advisory services, related training and event management. The Renewable energy segment develops and operates renewable power generation plants. The Technology segment is engaged in the development and selling of software solutions and services related to financial products, such as e-commerce and e-payment applications. In June 2017, the Company acquired Enovax Pte. Ltd., a developer of customized information technology solutions and services for enterprise businesses, e-commerce solutions, as well as Internet-driven applications and services.
