Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust is a retail-focused real estate investment trust. The Company has a portfolio located across integrated townships in various locations in Greater Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Perak. The Company’s segments include Retail, Hotel, Office and Others. The Retail segment includes the renting of retail premises to tenants. The Hotel segment includes the leasing of hotel premises to hotel operators. The Office segment includes the renting of office premises to tenants. The Others segment includes the leasing of a medical premise to a hospital operator. The Company’s portfolio includes a portfolio of approximately 10 assets, including over four retail malls, approximately five hotels, over four offices and a medical center. The Company’s assets in Sunway Resort City include Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall, Sunway Resort Hotel and Spa, Sunway Pyramid Hotel East, Menara Sunway and Sunway Medical Centre.
