Tambun Indah Land Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in investment holding, property development, construction and project management. It operates through three segments: Investment holding, Property development and management, and Construction and project management. The Investment holding segment is engaged in operation of car park and rental income. The Property development and management segment is engaged in the development and management of land into vacant lots, residential, commercial and/or industrial buildings. The Construction and project management segment is engaged in construction and project management activities. Its business is in the development and marketing of its own property development projects consisting of residential, commercial and industrial buildings. It has developed a gated residential township of Taman Tambun Indah located at Simpang Ampat, Seberang Perai Selatan in mainland Penang.
