Tower Real Estate Investment Trust (Tower REIT) is a Malaysia-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The principal activity of Tower REIT is to own and invest in real estate and real estate-related assets. The investment objective of the Tower REIT is to invest primarily in a portfolio of office buildings and commercial properties to provide unitholders with stable distribution per unit, as well as sustainable long-term growth of such distribution and achieve medium to long-term growth in the net asset value per unit. Its portfolio consists of two prime commercial office buildings situated in the Klang Valley, including Menara HLA and HP Towers. Menara HLA is situated within the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur with parking space of over 720 car park bays. HP Towers is located in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur. The combined total net lettable area of the portfolio is over 735,020 square feet.
