United Malacca Berhad is engaged in the cultivation of oil palm and investment holding. The Company operates through two segments: Plantation, which is engaged in the cultivation of oil palm and palm oil milling, and Investment holding. The Company’s properties include Masjid Tanah Estate, Pelin Estate, Machap Estate, Tampin Estate, Selandar Estate, Batu Anam Estate, Malaka Pinda Estate, Leong Hin San Estate, Bukit Senorang Estate, South-East Pahang Estate, Marmahat Estate, Paitan and Tanjung Nipis Estates, Tengkarasan Estate and Millian-Labau Estate. It has landholdings of approximately 17,000 hectares in Sabah, Pahang, Negeri Sembilan, Malacca and Johor. The Company’s subsidiaries include Leong Hin San Sdn. Bhd., Meridian Plantations Sdn. Bhd., Syarikat Penanaman Bukit Senorang Sdn. Bhd. and South-East Pahang Oil Palm Berhad.
